Technical Consultant / Technical DD Analyst

A core role delivering technical due diligence and post-investment value-up support for investors and corporates. You will assess a target company's technical capability, organization, and technical debt, and translate technology into the language of management to support decision-making.

Required experience and skills

  • Hands-on experience designing and building web / cloud applications, or serving as a tech lead / engineering manager
  • Ability to explain technical matters in terms that non-engineers (investors, executives) can act on
  • Ability to survey multiple technology stacks and articulate trade-offs and technical risks

Nice to have

  • Experience as a technical advisor, CTO, or VPoE
  • Hands-on experience in technical DD, M&A, or investment
  • Experience embedding AI / LLMs into products or business workflows

Platform Full-time / Fully remote Fully remote (within Japan)

Software Engineer

A software engineer owning internal automation tools and community-facing products end to end, from design through implementation and operations. You will build with AI agents in the loop, working in a small, high-autonomy team where each person covers a broad scope. No specific technology stack is required.

Required experience and skills

  • Proficiency in development with coding agents / LLMs such as Claude (required)
  • Hands-on experience building web apps / APIs in any language (no specific language or framework required)
  • Ability to work autonomously from design through implementation and operations, shipping small and iterating quickly
  • Ability to collaborate autonomously in an asynchronous, text-based environment

Nice to have

  • Experience with edge / serverless development such as Cloudflare Workers / D1 / Hono (our current primary stack)
  • Experience building Slack apps / bots or business automation tools
  • Experience working at a startup or in a small team
